Success is a concept that means something different to everyone. For some, it's about accumulating wealth, enjoying material comforts, or gaining social recognition. For others, it may lie in spiritual fulfilment, inner peace, or a sense of purpose. But the question remains: what truly defines success?

In my view, success isn’t about external achievements or fleeting moments of happiness. It’s about living in alignment with your own principles and values. True success is found in the sincerity and dedication with which you follow these principles in your everyday life. It’s not about what the world sees or measures, but about the quiet, internal satisfaction that comes from knowing you’ve lived with integrity and authenticity.

While material wealth and social recognition can come and go, and the pursuit of spiritual fulfilment may be a lifelong journey, a life lived in accordance with your core values is a success that endures. It brings a deep, lasting sense of fulfilment that no external validation can replace.

In my upcoming blogs, I’ll be sharing the 21 principles that I’ve followed since my MBA, which have helped me find success in both my personal and professional life. These principles aren’t rocket science; they’re simple, everyday practices that many of us may overlook due to time constraints or distractions. I’m proud to say that I’ve adhered to at least 90% of these principles over the years, and they’ve made a significant impact on my journey.

So stay tuned and join me as I share these 21 principles. Let’s enjoy this journey together!
